We will use the method of delivery you chose, we may decide to expedite your delivery and we will not charge you any more than you accepted when you checked out. If you chose a delivery method that provides tracking data we will send you that information to the email address you provided at check out. If you chose a USPS delivery that does not have tracking data please allow 5 business days for the delivery, If you have not received the delivery please contact us at itsallgood@beauty9.com.

Exchanges & Returns

At Beauty9 we are committed to giving you complete satisfaction. All our products come with unlimited No Quibble Guarantee. Just send any item back to us and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorization. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. Upon receipt of your return we will refund the standard USPS first class postage to a maximum of $7.90 per return, but don’t forget to include in your letter your name and return address. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Can I cancel my order?

A. Once you have placed an order, the delivery process automatically commences and products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We regret therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped, however, our Money Back Guarantee will apply.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Refunds will be made by check to the person named.
